AND ECONOMIC RECOVERY ACT OF 2008) Request
Council authorize submittal of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP)
Grant Application in the amount of $1,309,830; approve the designated program
activities; authorize the City manager or his Designee to execute all documents
necessary for receipt of the grant funds and implementation of the NSP Program;
authorize the Director of Community Services or his designee to execute all
reports and funds requests; and authorize acceptance of any additional NSP
funding that may become available at a later date
