authorization for the needed budget adjustments to track spending of these
grant funds

TO THE WATER CONSERVATION ORDINANCE Request
Council adopt Ordinance 2009-28 for revisions proposed to amend Ordinance No.
2009-16 to update the current Water Conservation regulations by expanding the
number of outdoor watering days permitted November-May during a Response Level
2, and the type of equipment exempted from time limits
