The City Clerk's office is responsible for updating the Escondido Municipal Code, which includes Sections 32 and 33 (Subdivision Map Act and Zoning Code). An online version is available at www.qcode.us/codes/escondido/. The City Clerk has a contract with Quality Code Publishing for quarterly updates of the Code.
