Dennis French is a longtime resident of Escondido since 1988. He and his wife, Sara, have nine children ages three to twenty three.

Dennis French has strong ethics. He is a U.S. Navy Veteran and has been involved in coaching our local children for upwards of 19 years through the National Little League. He practices strong business ethics as a local owner of InCounters Inc, a Kitchen and Bath Remodel Company since 1991.

Dennis French is a compassionate and caring person. During the 2007 Firestorm he was passionate about helping, utilizing every resource and negotiation skill to assure the safety and comfort of evacuees and firefighters. On August 15, 2006 he was awarded a Civilian Commendation for assisting the police in pulling a man from his burning car.
